The 2010 SouthEast Linux Festival is about half-way over with a party coming at 8pm.

This was the biggest day of this 3-day event, of which I attended only today. The prize drawings for “door” prizes were made at the conclusion of the main talks today with some big news for our LUG!!

Out of all the tickets drawn, 3 of the 7 MGALUG.org members present won prizes. The grand prize from TLLTS group was a Neuros Link TV box and it was won by our very own Ian (aka bgs100). Chris M. won a Practical Guide to Fedora & Redhat Enterprise Linux book and nomasteryoda a Essential PHP Security book.

I’m thinking that if we can get more people to attend next year, we’ll rake in a pile of stuff!!
